Executive Team

The S4GV management team combines decades of experience in Supply Chain and Software Development.

Alessandro Prino – CEOteam Alessandro Prino

A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan with a major in Economics and Social Sciences — DES, Mr Prino has served as Financial Controller, CFO, COO and CEO of industrial, commercial and real-estate companies.

He managed several IPO /​M&A operations integrating and restructuring companies within Pirelli group, Esprinet and various SMEs. Mr Prino is CEO of Capital Advisors, Vice President of CMEX — China Milan Equity Exchange, member of RICS Europe. He is founder and chairman of the nonprofit organization Alieni ONLUS - supporting chinese immigrants in Milan - and member of the board of the Charity "San Carlo Foundation".

 

François Pil­loud – CTOteam Francois Pilloud

Mr. Pil­loud spent twenty years in Retail and Sup­ply Chain appli­ca­tion. He was involved in a vari­ety of projects, all focused on mak­ing pow­er­ful data­base tech­nol­ogy more acces­si­ble to users. Mr. Pil­loud is ori­ented to pro­vide easy to use applications.He has acquired strong knowl­edge in man­ag­ing and design­ing projects, and has strong skills on writ­ing appli­ca­tions (c#, html, Web ser­vice base, MS SQL Server, Oracle…).

 

Serge Heughebaert – Director of Customer and Business Developmentteam Serge Heughebaert

Serge is graduated from Swiss Technology Institute in Telecommunications, completed with an MBA from HEC Lausanne. PMP certified with an extensive experience in leading teams in technology, innovation and customer value creation programs. Serge's career has been mainly within large NASDAC 500 multi-national companies introducing new technologies. His experience in supply chain operations and change management programs ranges from optimizing packaging portfolio, implementing authentication and traceability, designing asset tracking systems to implementing ERP solutions. Serge has a broad technology experience including RFID, EPC, Real-Time Location Systems, etc.

Serge is passionate in improving business performance through breakthrough solutions in complex environments. Swiss and Belgium citizen living in Switzerland for over 30 years, Serge with his wife and their three children enjoy outdoor activities.

 

Andrej Sobkowski –  Director for Product and Partner Development.team Andrej Sobkowski

Most of Andrej's career focuses on managing large scale software development projects, supervising internationally distributed multi-cultural teams and implementing product-oriented agile processes. He has worked for startups, SMEs and large international groups in Europe and North America; as part of the executive team, he has delivered initiatives related to IT transformations, cloud computing, mobility and M2M/IoT and has established business and technological partnerships.

Andrej holds a double Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Science Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (now Télécom ParisTech), France as well as an Executive MBA in Management and Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.

Andrej is an Italian and Canadian citizen, working in Switzerland and living in France with his wife and their three children.
